1. Payment Methods
Yoga Home Bali accepts payments through the following methods:

Bank Transfers (for large payments or retreats)
Online Payment Systems (e.g., PayPal, Stripe, etc.)
All payments are processed securely through trusted payment gateways.
2. Booking and Payment Requirements
Full payment is required at the time of booking for most classes, workshops, and retreats.
When registering for an event, you will be prompted to complete payment before your booking is confirmed.
Payments must be made in the currency specified on the website or during the registration process. If a different currency is used, exchange rate fees may apply.
3. Refunds and Cancellations
Classes and Workshops: Payments for individual classes or workshops are non-refundable. However, if you are unable to attend, we can offer a credit towards another session or event within 30 days, subject to availability.
Retreats: If you need to cancel your retreat booking, please notify us at least 14 days in advance for a full refund (minus a small administrative fee). Cancellations within 14 days of the retreat will not be refunded, but may be transferable to another retreat, depending on availability.
Exceptional Circumstances: In cases of medical emergencies or unforeseen events, refunds or transfers may be considered on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible to discuss your situation.
4. Late Payments
For events or programs requiring a deposit or installment payments, the balance must be paid in full before the start date.
Late payments may result in your spot being forfeited, and we may offer it to another participant if the event has reached full capacity.
5. Discounts and Promotions
Occasionally, we may offer discounts or special promotions. These offers are valid for a limited time and cannot be combined with other discounts unless stated otherwise.
Any promotional codes or discounts must be applied at checkout. We do not offer retroactive discounts.
6. Gift Vouchers
Yoga Home Bali offers gift vouchers for classes, workshops, or retreats. These vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
Vouchers may be redeemed for any of our services, subject to availability.
7. Taxes and Fees
Prices displayed on our website are exclusive of taxes, unless otherwise stated. Any applicable taxes or service charges will be added at checkout.
Any additional fees (e.g., accommodation, travel expenses) are the responsibility of the participant unless specified otherwise.

All payment details are processed through secure, encrypted channels to ensure the safety and privacy of your financial information.
Your personal and payment data will only be used for the purpose of processing your booking and payment. We will never share your information with third parties, except as required by law.
